The Labour Party has had 25,000 new members joining since the general election. Many young people in particular are outraged by Tory-Liberal plans to sacrifice public services on the altar of the reducing the deficit.
People from all walks of life are joining the Labour Party to fight for the progressive policies that we believe in. As we are in the process of choosing a new leader, this is an ideal opportunity for young members to get involved and come along to a leadership debate. You’ll be able to meet other young members and directly question the leadership candidates. Also, if you join the party now, you will be able to vote for the next leader of our party.
